Hey, I’m Jacqui!

A Registered Dietitian and peanut butter’s self-proclaimed number one fan. Before I became a dietitian, I felt exactly how you feel right now. I reached my highest weight and picking out an outfit became something I dreaded. I tracked my calories and tried to eat as little as possible, which lead to a vicious cycle of overeating at night and starting all over again the next day. I even once tried to give up peanut butter (it was the worst 12 hours ever). This made me realize that I was settling for feeling less than amazing… and I had to do something about it.

I dedicated 6 years to obtaining a Masters Degree in Nutrition and becoming a Registered Dietitian - and that’s when it all clicked. My biggest ah-ha moment yet! With this knowledge and experience, the evidenced-based, science-backed Glow Up Framework was born.

It has become my mission to spread this exclusive, proven framework with you. Because YOU deserve to love how you look and feel, to be confident AF, and to stop settling for anything less than amazing.
