As your registered dietitian and fat loss expert, I’m here to support you and cheer you on! I know what it’s like to settle for feeling less than amazing because I’ve been there too. I lacked confidence and it showed in how I lived my life. So I decided to do something about it. 

I dedicated six years to obtaining a Masters Degree in Nutrition and becoming a registered dietitian, plus gained several years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
